Personal data are processed lawfully:
- to respond to the requests made by the User (Contact section);
- based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller (to verify the correct functioning and usability of the site as well as for the purpose of protecting the site and its users against harmful activities or constituting a crime);
- subject to the explicit consent of the User (for sending newsletters, promotional communications and advertising material relating to the Controller’s products and / or services, for profiling).
3 – Types of data processed and purposes of the processing
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. - At the “Register” link, the User is offered the opportunity to register by benefiting from a whole series of reserved services, as described below.
a) The following data (email) are mandatory in order to access the service and released with explicit consent, for subscription to the newsletter: periodic communication regarding exclusive services, news on the world of the Center, blogs, forums, prize competitions, discussion areas. The Newsletter may also contain advertising banners, advertisements and advertising offers from both the Company and third parties.
b) The following data (date of birth, gender, province of origin, family composition, interests) are optional and released with explicit consent, for profiling and periodic sending of information and targeted and personalized promotions. c) The following data (mobile phone number) are optional and released with explicit consent for sending via SMS, invitations to previews or events, competitions, games, surveys and other multimedia contents as well as commercial offers, discounts, promotions.
Underage users The collection and processing of personal data for the purposes that require express consent is valid for users over 14 years of age. For younger ages it is lawful on condition that it is provided by those who exercise parental responsibility.
4 – Mandatory or optional nature of the processing
Apart from what is specified for navigation data and technical cookies, the user is free to provide their personal data through the use of specific forms on the site.
The data as described in point 1 are mandatory: failure to provide it will make it impossible for the Owner to fulfill the User’s requests and to respond to user requests.
The data as described in point 2a are mandatory: any refusal by the User will result in the failure to send the newsletter.
The data as described in points 2b and 2c are optional: however, any refusal by the User will make it impossible to send advertising and promotional information, as described above, customized and compliant with the characteristics and preferences of the User.
5 – Data recipients
The data will be processed exclusively by the staff and collaborators appointed by the Data Controller and by the subjects expressly appointed as data processors (eg provider of development and maintenance services of the web platform) using methods that guarantee their protection and confidentiality, thanks to the ” adoption of security measures designed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

7 – Data retention period
The data acquired for the purpose in point 1 will be processed and stored for the time necessary to process the User’s requests.
The data acquired for the purposes in points 2a, 2b and 2c will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary to carry out the operations as described therein and as long as the interested party does not exercise the right to revoke the consent given or to oppose the processing. .
Once the retention period has elapsed, or in the event of the user’s consent to treatment being revoked, the personal data will be destroyed or made anonymous.
8 – Rights of the interested party
The user (in his capacity as an interested party) enjoys the rights referred to in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Reg. 2016/679 (under the conditions and hypotheses expressed therein) listed below.
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of processing of their personal data and, in this case, access to them.
2. The interested party also has the right to:

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to Users on this page. Please therefore consult this page often, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom.
In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to this privacy policy, the User is required to cease using the activated services and may request the Data Controller to remove their personal data. Of the Regulation ).
